After filling out this form you will receive a letter in the mail informing you of all the information for the next set of Connection Groups. 

The next Connection Group will begin Wednesday, October 4, from 6:45 to 8:15 p.m. at Mountain Lake Church campus.

You can also sign-up by e-mailing renee@mountainlakechurch.org or stopping by Guest Services in the lobby between worship services. Childcare will be provided.
