How do I know what to give?
Two words are important in discovering what God would do in and through us in terms of visionary giving: Process. Ask God to take you through a process in which He reveals His will for your life and family. Plan at least a couple of times when you can sit down and talk with your family about your visionary giving and commitments to God through becausewecare.com. Two great questions to ask during this time are; “God what do you want to do through us?” and “What do You want to do through me?”
Perspective. What is a visionary gift? It’s not based on convenience, but it is also not based on guilt. We are tempted to try to give based upon both of these things. Visionary giving usually begins with a heart of gratitude and finishes with a heart of sacrifice. Our goal in visionary giving is not to give equal gifts but to give equal sacrifice. Have you ever made a true sacrifice financially for God? Ask God to give you a vision for people and His mission for our great church.
How will I make my commitment on Impact Sunday August 29, 2004?
There will be a special time of the service on this Sunday when we will make our commitments and give our visionary on-time offering gifts.

Using the commitment card and envelope provided, drop it by the office or place it in the mail.
